We are very lucky to have secured Ceri Evans as our quest speaker for the evening. Ceri is a forensic psychiatrist / independent consultant and works in sports psychiatry and has developed a high performance program called “Performance Under Pressure”.   Evans is a former captain of the New Zealand soccer team, a Rhodes Scholar, a practising forensic psychiatrist, a director of an organisation called Gazing Performance Systems and a consultant to a range of corporate and sporting organisations on the issue of performance under pressure – this last piece of expertise being what drew him to the attention of the All Blacks.

Ceri is today applying his medical expertise to a wider purpose as an independent consultant, working internationally with leading sport, corporate, medico-legal, government, education, and military clients. Ceri is committed to working with people who are serious about performing under pressure.

The night will be hosted by Whisky Galore and their presentation will include some insight into the exciting developments of  this world-wide phenomenon. The tasting will all be single malts of a variety of ages and will visit various whisky regions of Scotland. Each region has its own distinct characteristics and we guarantee that there will be appeal to both the connoisseurs and anyone starting to appreciate a dram. The selected whisky’s promise to delight those looking for the next big thing as well as some old favourites. A special evening enjoying a mellow dram.  A light meal will also be provided.
