OFF-SEASON SPORTS CONDITIONING – starts week one, term 4

Off Season conditioning for winter sports begins week one of term 4 for girls who aren’t involved in top summer sports.

This is a chance to have some fun in the winter sports off-season. The programme will be as below:

Tuesday – conditioning at 6:45am

Thursday – strength at 7:15am

Friday – outdoor circuit training at 6:45am
