For those of you who will be around Christchurch during the holidays the following strength and conditioning sessions are on offer:

Week 1- Mon 16th, Tues 17th, Wed 18th, Thurs 19th 11am-12pm

Week 2- Mon 23rd, Tues 24th, Wed 25th, Thurs 26th 11am-12pm

Week 3- Mon 30th, Tues 1st, Wed 2nd, Thurs 3rd 11am-12pm

Each week Ross will cover strength, running technique, speed/agility and conditioning.
